Representatives from Liberty Healthcare Services, a leading home care agency serving South Jersey, will climb Mt. Washington to help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association Greater New Jersey Chapter.

Hamilton, NJ (March 16, 2009)-  Liberty Healthcare Services (Liberty), a leading full-service homecare and supplemental staffing agency in South Jersey for live-in and companion care since 2002, announces that two representatives will climb Mount Washington in New Hampshire on March 27th, 2009 for charity. Kevin Zepp, President of Liberty and Travis Valentine the Mercer County Branch Director, will undertake this challenging climb in a bid to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association Greater New Jersey Chapter.

The goal of this climb is to raise at least one dollar for each foot of altitude climbed, the total height being 6,288 feet. Liberty Healthcare Services is seeking help from members of the community to reach their goal of raising at least $6,288 for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Donations are being accepted from now until the end of March and can be made payable to: ‘Alzheimer’s Association Greater New Jersey Chapter’.

Checks can be mailed to:

“While this climb certainly will be challenging and rigorous, it is nowhere near the challenge those individuals face who have been touched by Alzheimer’s,” reports Kevin Zepp, President of Liberty Healthcare Services. “Currently there is no known cure but with services like ours providing live-in and companion care, we try and make life better. Every dollar we raise will support efforts to find better ways to treat this disease, delay its onset or prevent it from developing.”

The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support and research. Their mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. About Liberty Healthcare Services
Established in 2002, Liberty Healthcare Services was founded on the premise of providing a refreshing alternative to the home healthcare industry by creating an environment where the client and caregiver are treated with courtesy, compassion and consideration. Liberty Healthcare was acquired by Kevin Zepp in 2007. Kevin brings an extensive healthcare background to Liberty and is continuing to bring unsurpassed healthcare to the surrounding communities. Today, Liberty Healthcare Services continues the goal of creating a personalized hands-on approach to every aspect of running a traditional homecare agency.

Kevin has always been and continues to be involved in every facet of the organization while serving as Liberty’s President, strongly believing that the success of any homecare agency begins with its personnel. He remains committed to the recruitment and retention of quality field staff and continues to be involved in the screening and hiring process of all field staff. With Kevin’s name attached to the agency, he refuses to send any employees out in the field that are not going to be a fair representation of Liberty Healthcare’s mission. Kevin’s family of caregivers ultimately become just that…family.
