Kevin brings an extensive background of healthcare finance and operations to his position as
President of Liberty Healthcare Services. His affinity for healthcare began as an auditor for a
national healthcare lender and continued when he held the position of CFO for a hospital in
Southeastern Texas. This experience enabled him to gain extensive knowledge of healthcare
finance, administration and the complexities behind the dynamic healthcare industry. Kevin is
committed to the recruitment and retention of quality caregivers that believe in Liberty
Healthcare Services’ mission of providing unsurpassed healthcare with a personal touch.
Skip brings with him over 20 years experience in the healthcare field in a variety of positions. His vast and varied background includes positions as COO of a hospital based company, Regional Manager of a national company, and numerous middle and upper management positions. As the owner of his own consulting firm, Skip has created, structured and expanded a number of private and hospital owned businesses nationwide. He has an extensive background in healthcare sales, marketing and operations and a commitment to quality care.
Beth comes to Liberty Healthcare Services with an extensive healthcare background in hospital and home care, as well as administrative experience. She started her nursing career at Brick Hospital as Charge Nurse on a Med/Surg floor and later in ICU/CCU. When she left the hospital setting in 1989 she went in to home care with Holy Redeemer VNA as a field nurse, case manager, marketing and ultimately as an Administrator of Home Health and Hospice in the Ocean County office. After leaving HRVNA in 2000 she became a liaison between Southern Ocean County Hospital and Deborah Heart and Lung Center, then transitioning to Case Manager at Deborah Heart and Lung Center. Beth joined Liberty Healthcare Services in 2009 as a field nurse/supervisor and recently became Vice President of Clinical Services.
Liberty’s Director of Human Resources, graduated from West Chester University in the spring of 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Erin worked at the Office of Alumni Relations and assisted in planning and executing events to help the graduates reconnect through social and professional avenues. Erin’s customers service skills were enhanced during her previous position in the restaurant industry.
Chris started her career as a nursing assistant at Morris Hall Rehabilitation Center. After graduating from the Registered Nurse program at Mercer County Community College, Chris worked on the Med/Surg floor and as a nursing preceptor at Mercer Medical Center. Here Chris gained her first experience and passion as an educator to new graduate nurses. Chris worked at St. Lawrence Rehab as a unit manager on the Brain Injury Unit.
Sandra Compton’s homecare career began at Adult Care Services in Whiting, NJ. Her broad
background in home care development led her to Southern Ocean Home Health and Hospice, in
Manahawkin, NJ, and, after 13 years, has had the pleasure of coming back into the Whiting area
in 2008 when she opened an office for Liberty Healthcare Services.
Carol Hutchison brings over 20 years experience in the healthcare field with her when she opened Liberty’s Atlantic/Cape May County office. Previously, Carol worked for a physician’s office in Atlantic County where she oversaw patient intake, billing and coding and customer service representatives.
Kristin graduated from Towson University with a degree in Gerontology. Her start in homecare was at the Bayonne Visiting Nurses Assoc as a case manager, then moved to assisted living for a short time, only to return to homecare. Kristin worked for Comprehensive Home Care Services as the Home Care Coordinator for 7 years prior to making the move over to LHS.
Nick began his healthcare career in 2007 for Maxim Healthcare working with their homecare and staffing divisions. Nick’s previous position has given him extensive experience in marketing and management of the healthcare industry. Nick is a graduate of Monmouth University with a degree in Business Management.
