HIRING AND SCREENING PROCESS

Liberty strongly believes that its goal to deliver quality healthcare results from providing quality personnel. Upon registration, all candidates must meet several requirements before being considered for employment.Caregiver

These include:

  • License/Certification Verification
  • Screening and Skills Exam
  • Professional Reference Checks
  • Management Screening Evaluation
  • Criminal Background Checks
  • Health Examination Documents



After these criteria are met, a determination will be made if each prospective employee possesses the education, training and/or aptitude to represent Liberty Healthcare for placement on a particular job assignment.
